Another Red velvet topped with DARK chocolate ganache. Scrumptious!



Oh, the red dots u see in the cream cheese, its actually the cake's crumb. While most people trying to avoid the crumbs from mixing with the frosting, i purposely did it :p Just to give a lil bit of color to this red velvet cake. Its kinda boring to have a dull, white cream cheese aite? I don want it to look a like with the previous cake, although the customer requested for the same design.So, why not? :D And it turns out great! yay! *clap clap*


Order made by Hidayah. Its a 3 layered cream cheese red velvet cake with a dark chocolate topping(special request by hidayah because she dont want the cake to be so sweet). She mention she'd taste a red velvet cupcake before and it is too sweet for her(dunno which cupcake boutique she purchase the cake), so this time, for her loved ones, she wanted a less sweet red velvet. So, i reduce the amount of sugar both in the cake and the cream cheese frosting. On top of that, a very DARK chocolate ganache dripping all over it :) Ouhhh hidayah, we both have a hypersensitive tongue eh? hehe. Anyways, me, myself, not literally, drooling over this cake too. Because of the mild choc+sour of the red velvet cake, frost with a sweet cream cheese and topped with a lil bit bitter dark chocolate. Owhhhh! the flavors combination was driving me mad i tell u!! Well, lucky her, she can have a bite on this one :p Thanks hidayah for the order, appreciate it much :))
